Information used to operate the store
We keep customer contact and delivery details, account records, order and payment references, library entitlements and reading preferences, wishlist entries, reviews, support conversations and customization requests with their reference files.
Orders, messages and notifications
Your information is used to fulfill purchases, protect account access, provide support, review customization requests and handle replacements and refunds. Account notifications and email cover relevant order and support events. SMS is used for phone verification codes at launch.
Service providers
Necessary information is processed by the configured payment, courier, email, SMS, file-storage and AI services. Steadfast receives the recipient and shipment details needed for physical delivery. Support messages sent to the AI service may include the product or request context needed to answer them.
Access and security
Protected orders and PDFs require verified access. Staff access depends on their assigned permissions. Do not share account passwords or verification codes in support chat. We do not ask for your payment-wallet PIN.
Downloaded PDFs
Downloads include your buyer name and order reference. Future account access and a file already downloaded are distinct; a downloaded copy cannot be remotely retracted.
